" Teriaky Beef Stew"
March 15, 2010
This is a sorta embarrasing story to tell. :) hahah. I went on the internet and found tons of reciepes, so I compiled a whole bunch of them together to make my own. Anyways, this one reciepe called for * 5 cups of beef broth*. I thought that sounded like a little too much broth , but who gives? I had never cooked with beef broth before so i didn't really know what to do. So I started pouring out 1 cup of the broth, and it was REALLY thick and emptied half the bottle. That was my first sign that something wasn't right. ( haha). So I decided to look at the back on the bottle, and i read. ( 1 table spoon of broth + for one cup of water..ect)..
" SHOOT!!" :) hahah. So I drained the meat and started from scratch. Good thing no one saw what happened. :) *phew*.
The whole ordeal of making the stew took about 3-4 hours! Which is way longer than i expected it to be. Next time, ill totally do it in the crock pot, then I won't have to stand there the whole time stiring it and stuff.

"Psamls 31 Girl "
Tonight as I was running around the kitchen, getting supper on the table, my dad said " wow you are a Psamls 31 girl". He thought he came up with something pretty clever, so I thought that I'd keep his saying alive. :)
I am continuing this blog, because my " friend", Erika Hintz encouraged me to. :) Thanks friend.
